Beautifully restored raised ground floor flat in a mid-Victorian building. Spacious and elegant, with lovely contemporary decor in neutral colors, fine wood floors, original high ceilings, Victorian windows, and marble bathrooms.   

Enter into a long L-shape hall decorated with silk embroideries.  The family room is accessed from the entry.  It has has the original white decorative marble fireplace, comfortable seating, plasma screen TV, contemporary paintings, and fine decorative art. This elegant room is filled with light from large windows, liner roller blinds, and drapes of the finest quality.  Through the hallway is the amazing very large OPEN PLAN KITCHEN, dining area, TV and seating space finished to a high standard. The kitchen is fully-equipped with refrigerator and freezer, stove and hob, marble counters, grill, washer/dryer, plenty of pots and pans and utensils. It is a beautiful space. There is a counter bar with two bar stools and a round glass table with four upholstered white chairs set next to three large windows which have roller blinds. The open space has two chairs and a large matching ottoman, an original white marble decorative fireplace, and a plasma screen television screen. Two glass French doors add to the bright and cheerful feeling of this room. 

Three bedrooms and two bathrooms (one en-suite) are situated off the long central hall, decorated with bright woven tapestries in warm reds, oranges and golden tones. Bedroom one, located toward the rear of the flat and quiet, has large windows, roller blinds, drapes and thick carpets, with a large Queen (UK King) size bed, dressing table, easy chair, closet and built-ins that include convenient bedside power outlets. Bedroom two, across the hall from the double doors leading into the sitting/dining/open plan kitchen, is the plush ensuite master bedroom with King (UK Super King) size bed and gray marbled bathroom with shower stall, wash basin and toilet.
